Kiril Kutin, CEO, piano
Kiril Kutin is a Bulgarian born Norwegian pianist and is an active soloist and recitalist who has performed numerous recitals and concerts in Europe, Middle East, China, and Scandinavia. Alongside traditional repertoire, Kiril also enjoys contemporary music, and in the recent decade has recorded and performed several projects with Norwegian and Scandinavian composers, including Ole Karsten Sundlisæter. Currently, he is the artistic director for “Kutin Konsert Forening, Norway; the host and guest artist for the Norwegian concert series and is also touring in Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Austria. In addition to his solo career, Kiril enjoys performing in collaboration with other classical and contemporary instrumentalists, composers, singers, and dancers. In the past, he has participated in various festivals, such as the ”Onsdagkonsert i Frue” in 2016, in which he participated as an organizer. Additionally, he is an active participant in several annual festivals, such as the “Den gjenfundne tid”, which takes place in the Institut français of Stavanger (2017), the Hålmgårdfestivalen in Oslo (2018), and the Norwegian Youth Chamber Music Festival (2019), where he performs a series of recitals and concerts with various chamber music groups.
Kiril Kutin began his musical studies at the National School of Music “Lubomir Pipkov“ in Sofia, Bulgaria. He received his Master’s degree in Piano from the Bulgarian State Conservatory in 2001, and from 2018 studies Postgraduate Diploma in Piano Performance from the University of Stavanger. His mentors were Emilia Kaneva, Mihail Slavov, Stella Dimitrova-Maistorova, and Erling Ragnar Eriksen. During his education, Kiril participated in master classes with renowned musicians from all over the world, including Walter Craft, Solomon Mikowsky, Boris Bloch, Marialena Fernandez, Daniel Röhm, Chantal Stigliani, and Karl-Heinz Kammerling. Kiril won first prize at the international competition “Bach” in 1991 in Bulgaria, and Gold Medal and first prize at the Obretenov Competition 1999 and Music and Earth 2001, among others.
Ignacy Gaydamovich, cello
Polish-Russian-American cellist Ignacy Gaydamovich, is the winner of the Allegro-Vivo competition in Austria and recipient of top prizes at other competitions. As a soloist he performed with the National Radio and TV of Albania, Hartt Symphony, and Manchester Symphony orchestras. He released three CDs, and gave over one hundred recitals in Austria, China, Japan, Lebanon, Panama, Poland, Russia, as well as in the US where he also served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Crane School of Music and has been on the cello faculty at Texas Christian University and Mount Holyoke College. Dr. Gaydamovich has received degrees from F. Chopin Music Academy, Texas Christian University, Boston Conservatory, Longy School of Music, and the doctorate from the University of Hartford.
